Dear Q Group member,

Usually at this time of year it is the committee's great pleasure to invite you to our annual Sydney Christmas dinner and AGM. However, you might have noticed that this year differs somewhat from the norm.

So we are pleased to invite you to our first virtual AGM on Monday, 7 December at 7pm (AEDT).

When: Monday 7 December 2020
Where: Your choice of device and location!
How: We will be updating you with the video conferencing tools and other event details closer to the night.

All financial members are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE - There is no RSVP limit, but to ensure we have a quorum, please RSVP by Tuesday 1 December.

As per our constitution, we will be holding the election electronically and we fully expect to have all the ballots counted before 2021.

We call for nominations for the Q Group Committee positions:

President
Vice-president
Treasurer
Secretary
Membership officer
Events sub-committee
Melbourne sub-committee
SFMW representative
Public Officer

You may recall me saying this each year, but we would love to have some new members and input to our committee. If you would like to nominate for a Committee position, help organise events and get to know more people in the Q Group, please contact either Stewart Wright, Oscar Tian or Colin Bowers for further details.
